Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients:
8 oz of Goldcoast crab or lobster spread
16 oz mushrooms (medium)
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp melted butter
fresh chives, chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Place caps in an oven safe dish. Fill each cap with 1 tsp of filling. Sprinkle with cheese and brush sides with butter. Bake for 20 min or until bubbly. Garnish with chives.
