Good to Know....
If anyone ever wondered about where and who makes all these organic labels that have been popping up lately... . It's a little surprising and sketchy to know that Heinz, Kraft and Coca Cola are amongst some of the major health foods out there? Does that make you wonder about their quality?

We don't stock our pantry with much in the way of processed foods in general. But there are a few brands that we do patronize on this list (e.g. Cascadian Farms and Muir Glen), and it makes me wince to see who owns them.
Just makes the trip to the farmers market this morning all the morning meaningful to me.
